We craft-brew Jack's Kombucha in Cornwall between The Helford and River Fal, using traditional methods to create a slow-fermented, full-flavoured, artisan product of quality with a distinctive, refreshing taste.
Kombucha has been revered as a revitalising, health-supporting elixir for over 2000 years. We use time-honoured methods and ingredients of the highest quality to give you an authentic kombucha drinking experience.
Our kombucha is unpasteurised giving you the full benefit of all the live, active cultures. And its 'full mouth', satisfying, complex flavour and tart, clean finish makes it a great alternative to alcoholic drinks.

With 100% natural ingredients, our refreshing, live kombucha is made with an infusion of filtered Cornish water, fairly traded, permacultured single-estate green & black tea and a little organic, fairly traded cane sugar to get things going - small batch brewed with our exclusive kombucha cultures to produce our lightly sparkling, refreshing feel good drink that's vegan, gluten-free and bursting with live, active culture goodness.
Choose from our infusion of delicate raspberry, warming ginger, or our original, pure kombucha, as well as our sping/summer seasonal special - Cream Soda Kombucha - plus smal batch specials featuring locally available ingredients.
