Shipping policy

 



Shipping within the UK mainland is £6.99 for any order quantity. We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.  We are currently unable to ship any orders internationally.
Scottish Mainland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles, Alderney, Harm and Sark (remote postcodes) will incur a shipping fee of £19.99.


We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why. The payment method you used to purchase from us will be refunded for that order.

We endeavour to ship to you within 3 working days of your order. However, please allow for up to 5 working days for shipment as we use a third party for deliveries and, on occasion, delays happen that are beyond our control. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days, please contact us via our contacts page. Orders to remote postcodes may take up to 7 working days.


Processing of orders placed on a weekend, a bank holiday, Christmas, New Year or any other national holiday will be commenced on the next working day following your order.


If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will notify you and send you a replacement order as soon as we can. If you have received broken bottles or bottles that do not match your order, a replacement parcel can be arranged via our contacts page. Please provide pictorial evidence of the damage (emailing a photo from your mobile phone is ideal), along with your order number - without these, we will be unable to process a replacement. There will not be any additional charge for the replacement order.
