Our tart, refreshing, all natural kombucha just loves the warming, exotic spice blend we’ve perfected for our Masala Chai kombucha. After all kombucha is fermented from an infusion of tea!

Its 'full mouth', satisfying and complex layers of flavour makes a great alternative if you're not drinking - without the high sugar. Every bottle of this full-flavoured, artisan drink is brimming with live, active cultures - a proper kombucha drinking experience.
With 100% natural ingredients, Jack’s Masala Chai Kombucha is made with an infusion of filtered Cornish water and fairly traded, organic single estate green and black tea with a little organic cane sugar, our exclusive kombucha cultures, organic rooibos tea, our blend of masala spices - and nothing else!

FLAVOUR NOTES:
Once again this recipe uses our blend of organic black and green tea from the Azores. The enticing, warming, exotic combo of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, chicory, cloves, black pepper and cassia oil is sweetened and rounded off with honey-like rooibos, produces a wonderful flavour hug of a drink with complex layers of fermented flavour, this one’s bound to hit the spot. As with all our drinks, best served chilled. No ice.
